Whilst assisting the Recruitment Consultants in the smooth execution of their assignments the database administrator plays a key role in the performance, integrity and security of the candidate databases. 

Key tasks include planning assignments, development of the databases candidate portfolio and talent pools and troubleshooting any issues related to project assignments.

Upon receipt of new job order from client take instruction from ‘management’ and execute search strategy. To set up each new search assignment within agreed time periods

To audit execution and accuracy of consultants assignment progress. To ‘map’ and add new target candidates to talent pools and assignments

To assist with administration tasks to enhance our candidate reach
